There is a new Green Card design! And this card will be colored green. The permanent resident card - commonly known as the "green card" - is evidence of a person's ability to live and work permanently in the United States. The newly designed card will incorporate security features such as an infogram, laser engraved fingerprint and hidden pictures of U.S. presidents, etc. We attach the USCIS press release:
